At The Jules, we strive to provide our guests with a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Please review the following policies to familiarize yourself with our reservation and cancellation guidelines prior to making a reservation with us.

Reservation Policy

Check-In Time 04:00 PM | Check-Out Time 11:00 AM

There is a separate cleaning fee of $120 per reservation. The entire suite undergoes a complete deep cleaning and disinfecting between guests. All linens and towels are washed between guests; linens are also pressed.

The Jules does not allow smoking, vaping or pets anywhere in the building.

Same day reservations must be made before 7PM EST. Please contact The Jules Management at 912-468-3240 after making same day reservation.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit for the full amount is required for online booking. We dont store your credit card information and paying online makes it germ free! Your deposit is fully refundable (minus bank processing fees) if you cancel before 48 hours of the 4:00 pm standard check in time, If you cancel within 48 hours of check in your full amount is non-refundable. However, if we are able to rebook the Suite for your reserved days we will generate a refund.

You may also make a reservation by contacting The Jules Management at 912-468-3240. Management can prepare separate deposit and balance invoices for a reservation. The balance invoice would typically be due 2 weeks prior to check-in. The same cancellation policy applies to online or invoice bookings.
